GILBERT J. GINSBURG
Professor Ginsburg, former full-time Law Professor and Director of the Government Contracts Program at the George Washington University and former partner in a national law firm, now is in private practice in Washington, D.C. He has over 45 years experience in litigating bid protests, claims, and wage and hour cases; and advising clients and teaching students in the area of Government contracts, A-76 and outsourcing, small and small disadvantaged business, commercial and construction claims, cost and pricing issues, termination claims, contract liability and damages issues and wage and hour problems. In the last few years, Professor Ginsburg has been in considerable demand as an expert witness. Professor Ginsburg is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at the George Washington University. Professor Ginsburg is Co-Director of the A-76 Institute, which holds courses and institutes on A-76, privatization and outsourcing in partnership with the U.S. Department of Defense. The A-76 Institute also conducts courses on the Service Contract Act, the Davis-Bacon Act, pricing of claims, and various courses related to A-76 public-private competitions.
In his practice, Professor Ginsburg uses as counsel attorneys from the nationwide practice of Thompson Coburn LLP, senior corporate and litigation attorneys from Epstein Becker and Green, P.C.’s New York office, and senior counsel in the pension, benefits and labor areas |
